The first annual impact report for the Global Impact Pool (‘GIP’) of Kempen is available.
The report combines both information about financial performance as well as the impact we helped to catalyse through our investments. In 2018 we were able to deploy capital, contribute to positive environmental and social outcomes and set the impact management framework for the years to come. Our investments include a broad range of financial instruments, in different sectors, ranging from credit, to be used as working capital, brown and greenfield projects in renewable infrastructure, and to private equity.
